Garage White
Garage White
The brief was simple … to create Grand Cru quality at a ’sensible’ price. So we took delivery of the finest oak barriques, while winemaker Jean-Marc Sauboua scoured southern France for the best Viognier fruit of the vintage. The wine is cask fermented, giving the unctuous liquid all the time it needed to develop the luscious Viognier characteristics, underpinned with the rich, buttery character you’d see in wines twice the price. Luscious aromas of vanilla, peaches and toasty honeysuckle followed by deep, buttery layers of oak. Rich and seriously luxurious. ”Golden wine with a tantalising, haunting bouquet” (Jancis Robinson MW).
